Design partner programme

Correct us before the data model hardens

We are building the contribution lifecycle with a small group of nonprofits. The point is not a discount — it is that the recognition model, the pledge lifecycle and the reconciliation design get decided with operators in the room.

What you give us is roughly four hours across three sessions, plus honest access to one month of real financial mess. What you get is influence over decisions that are expensive to reverse later, migration support, and design-partner pricing set with you rather than presented to you.

This is for you if

  • A US or Canadian nonprofit with roughly $500K–$20M annual revenue.
  • Two to thirty people who touch fundraising, finance or operations.
  • More than one giving stream, plus recurring donors or pledges.
  • QuickBooks or a comparable ledger that is not your gift system.
  • Real pain in reconciliation, donor data, receipting or reporting.

This is not for you if

  • You need grant management or a full constituent case-management system.
  • You need international tax receipting outside the US and Canada today.
  • You need a production system live this quarter with no tolerance for build-stage software.
  • One donation form already covers everything you do.

What the programme actually is

Three working sessions, then a direct line

  1. Session one

    60 minutes

    Trace one real deposit

You bring a payout report and the gifts you believe are inside it. We trace it in Beneora together and note every place the model bends.

  2. Session two

    60 minutes

    Model your donor reality

Households, tributes, organisation-paid gifts, soft credits, anonymous recognition. We test whether our data model survives your actual edge cases.

  3. Session three

    90 minutes

    Close a month

Funds, restrictions, fees, refunds, disputes and export to your ledger. This is where we find out whether the close is shorter or just differently painful.

  4. Ongoing

    As needed

    Direct line while we build

You see changes before they ship, and you can veto a data-model decision that would break your operation. Migration support is included.
